A romantic comedy about Wakana Gojo, a high schooler training to make traditional hina dolls, and Marin Kitagawa, a cosplay-loving gal, who grow closer through making costumes together. The shots from the pedestrian bridge above are the memorable ones. Traffic is heavy, so shoot from the pavement.

Yuzawaya WACCA Ikebukuro (1-8-1 Higashi-Ikebukuro, WACCA Ikebukuro 3F, 10:00-21:00) appears in the story as the shop where they buy costume fabric. It is a short walk from Naka-Ikebukuro Park, and the sheer volume of fabric and craft supplies is worth seeing even if you do not cosplay.
Swallowtail Ikebukuro (3-12-5 Higashi-Ikebukuro, Kato Daiichi Building 4F, 11:00-20:00) is the cosplay wig specialist that appears in the story by name, stocking around 200 wig colours. It is near Sunshine City, so it fits naturally after the Spanish Steps and Higashi-Ikebukuro Central Park. Hours and stock change, so check the shop’s website or X account before heading over.
